    Clifton Park couple to celebrate the day of their dreams

    SCOTIA, N.Y., Friday, September 10, 2010 – DreamDateWeddings.com today announced that Matt Streifert and Alana Sangiacomo of Clifton Park, NY, have been selected as the winners of the “Luxury for Less Dream Date Wedding Contest.” The announcement followed two weeks of voting by area residents who cast more than 6,000 votes.

     

    The couple will receive the grand prize of a wedding reception for 100 people at Glen Sanders Mansion, the flagship venue of Mazzone Management Group, owned and operated by area restaurateur Angelo Mazzone. The grand prize package also includes a set of wedding bands, courtesy of Northeastern Fine Jewelry, the area’s leading independent jeweler.


    Streifert and Sangiacomo were one of five Capital Region couples selected as finalists in the month-long contest. Each couple submitted a short video explaining why they deserve a “luxury for less” wedding.  The winner was determined based on the number of public votes submitted for each finalist at www.dreamdateweddings.com. 

     

    First-runners up Kayla Kozlowski and Mark Weinkiper of Amsterdam, NY, will receive a free wedding rehearsal dinner from Mazzone Management Group and a gift card from Northeastern Fine Jewelry.
