Northeastern Fine Jewelry employs highly qualified jewelers specializing in custom jewelry manufacturing and repairs. Using state of the art equipment, any piece of fine jewelry can be restored to its original beauty. All jewelry repairs are done in-house unless otherwise specified, if necessary, jewelry is returned to its manufacturer.
With watchmakers becoming evermore scarce, it is not uncommon to send a watch away for months for repair. Recognizing this dilemma, Northeastern Fine Jewelry employs the services of a full-time certified watchmaker to ensure that repairs are completed promptly and efficiently. We believe that customers deserve to have a relationship with their watchmaker, and Umberto, our friendly watchmaker, provides advice and answers any questions customers may have regarding highly complex watch mechanisms. Umberto knows the importance of a person's relationship with his or her watch, which is why he treats every timepiece with the utmost care and respect.
