Payment methods

We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can use the following forms of payment for purchase of merchandise:

  1. Visa
  2. MasterCard
  3. American Express
  4. Discover

To use your Credit Card on the order entry form, enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Next fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. We need the information to take your order and validate your credit card. To change or make corrections to your information, highlight the area you want to change and enter the new information. It's that easy. Make sure you include your daytime telephone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

Confirmation Of Your Order
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

Out-of-Stock Items
When an item is no longer available from our inventory, you will receive an immediate notice that the requested item is not in stock. If an order gets processed without inventory available, we will include an out-of-stock notice with your order, showing that the item has been removed from your order total. This will also be reflected in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Tracking Your Order
When you make a purchase, you will receive a nefj.com order number and a FedEx shipment tracking number. Be sure to save these numbers. If you need to check on your order, call the following number 1-855-795-NEFJ.

 

Return

- In store returns

To return a NEFJ item in store, the item:

  1. Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  2. Must be unworn, unaltered, or in the original condition of the day it was purchased.
  3. If purchased with a credit card, must have credit card that original purchase was made with, as we do not save customer payment information.
  4. If paid by check there is a 10 day grace period before a check clears and a return can be made.

Special orders cannot be returned.

 

To return a Nefj.com product please follow these steps:

  1. Find the packing list that came with your order.
  2. On the return form, circle the reason for your return.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely, including the return form. Send it to Nefj.com at the address below. We recommend you use an insured parcel service such as UPS or U.S. Priority Mail or Fedex We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If you do not have your original packing list, please include a note referencing your order number and reason for returning the product. If you cannot remember your order number, check your e-mail for the order confirmation notice we sent you.

Refunds
Your refund will be posted to the credit card you used to make your purchase. If you have paid with a check, a refund will be sent to you immediately after check has cleared.

Refunds of Shipping Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged or problem items, we will refund shipping charges by crediting your original form of payment.
