Return Policy

In store returns
To return a NEFJ item in store, the item:

Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

Must be unworn, unaltered, or in the original condition of the day it was purchased.

If purchased with a credit card, must have credit card that original purchase was made with, as we do not save customer payment information.

If paid by check there is a 10 day grace period before a check clears and a return can be made.

Special orders cannot be returned.

To return a Nefj.com product please follow these steps:

Find the packing list that came with your order.

On the return form, circle the reason for your return.

Pack and seal your return securely, including the return form. Send it to Nefj.com at the address below. We recommend you use an insured parcel service such as UPS or U.S. Priority Mail or Fedex We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
