This venture further solidified a thirty-year relationship between diamond partners Ray Bleser and Mark Baum. This office provides a private and comfortable place to escape the bustle of The District where you can buy and sell diamonds. Hand picked, GIA- graded diamonds, as well as fine quality rubies, sapphires and emeralds, are the specialty.
