Return Policy

In store returns
To return a NEFJ item in store, the item:
  1. Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  1. Must be unworn, unaltered, or in the original condition of the day it was purchased.
  1. If purchased with a credit card, must have credit card that original purchase was made with, as we do not save customer payment information.
  1. If paid by check there is a 10 day grace period before a check clears and a return can be made.

Special orders cannot be returned.

To return a product please follow these steps:

  1. Find the packing list that came with your order.
  1. On the return form, circle the reason for your return.
  1. Pack and seal your return securely, including the return form. Send it to at the address below. We recommend you use an insured parcel service such as UPS or U.S. Priority Mail or Fedex We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns Department

If you do not have your original packing list, please include a note referencing your order number and reason for returning the product. If you cannot remember your order number, check your e-mail for the order confirmation notice we sent you.
Your refund will be posted to the credit card you used to make your purchase. If you have paid with a check, a refund will be sent to you immediately after check has cleared.
Refunds of Shipping Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged or problem items, we will refund shipping charges by crediting your original form of payment.
